Artwork & Personalization Guide

Three ways to make it yours

  • Create your own: choose a blank product and add your artwork or text.
  • Shop designs: choose an existing design and the listed product options.
  • Personalize a template: replace the photo, name or message in a template.

Each option is offered only on products configured for it. Choose an available color and size on that product; options from another factory may be different.

Prepare your artwork

Upload a clear original PNG, JPG or WebP image, up to 10 MB per file. Use a transparent PNG if your design needs a transparent background. The required pixel dimensions and print area depend on the product; a larger file alone does not guarantee a sharper print. Only use artwork you own or have permission to reproduce.

Single-sided or double-sided?

Check the print option in the product title. For a double-sided item, prepare separate front and back files and use the matching upload fields shown on its page. Text and images must be placed deliberately on the intended side.

Size & fit

Size labels belong to the specific product and production partner. An M from one factory may fit differently from an M from another. Compare the product's measurement chart with a similar garment you already own. Follow the chart's measurement method; garment width and body circumference are different measurements.

If measurements are missing or unclear, ask us before ordering with the product name, color and size you are considering. Height and weight alone do not establish an exact fit.

Review before adding to your bag

  1. Check the selected product, color, size and print option.
  2. Check spelling and make sure the correct original artwork is attached to each side.
  3. Use the preview to review your idea. Placement, scale and screen colors are illustrative; the product's print specifications apply to production.
  4. Review your item and artwork details again in the bag. Order notes do not replace the required artwork files.
