Made-to-order processing
All personalised clothing is made to order. Please allow production time before dispatch. Production may take longer during peak periods or when submitted customisation details need clarification.

Estimated delivery times after ordering
United Kingdom: approximately 5–8 business days.
European Union: approximately 7–12 business days.
Other supported international destinations: approximately 10–20 business days.

These estimates include typical production and transit time but are not guaranteed.

Local fulfilment
Where available, orders are routed to production partners in the United Kingdom, United States or European Union to reduce delivery distance and transit time. An order may be produced in a different region when local capacity or product availability requires it.

Shipping charges
Available shipping services and charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Any free-shipping threshold shown at checkout applies only to eligible destinations and order values.

Tracking and delivery
Tracking information is sent when available after dispatch. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address or an unclaimed parcel may be charged to the customer.

Customs and import charges
International orders may be subject to local taxes, customs duties or import fees. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Delays and missing orders
Carrier delays, customs processing and events outside our control can affect delivery. If tracking has not updated for an extended period or an order appears lost, contact us through the Contact page with your order number.
