How Your Order Is Made

Your idea. Made for you.

We work with production partners in different regions. The available products, colors, sizes and print options differ by factory.

Regional production

Some products can be made in the destination country or a nearby region. Regional production is offered only for the specific product and delivery destination shown.

Made in China

Products made in China are produced by the factory, sent to a domestic forwarding hub, and then shipped internationally by a freight partner. Production, domestic transfer, forwarding and international transit are separate stages.

A clear production route

Production location and product specifications must match your selected item. A similar-looking item from another factory may have different sizing or materials. We do not treat those items as identical.

Orders with more than one item

Items made by different partners may arrive in separate parcels.
